A day late, but the passion for the craft never takes a day off! Happy International Chefs Day.

In honor of National Chef Day, I’m celebrating the journey that shaped me—not just as a chef, but as a founder and entrepreneur.

My Vincentian roots, love for Caribbean flavors, and faith have inspired me to turn my passion into purpose through Chef Jen Cuisine. Today, I’m proud to share that heritage through innovative seasonings that bring the bold flavors of the Caribbean into everyday kitchens.

The journey hasn't always been easy, but every challenge has strengthened my commitment to the vision.
