✨✨We are having all the warm feelings this morning as we started installing cabinets in the first Habitat for Humanity home in the new Dixon Village neighborhood. ✨✨

This neighborhood is a mixed-income approach of combining Habitat and market-rate homes. A percentage of the homes will be sold to "Hometown Heroes” like teachers, fireman, and cops that are having a hard time finding realistically affordable homes in Gaston county.

✨✨Giving back to the community and trying to make affordable home ownership a reality again one neighborhood at a time.✨✨
