Ten years ago, three families united together to create the best Pizza restaurant in Charlotte, NC. We wanted a restaurant that not only served the best pizza but one that would also be known for its service and community involvement. In May 2013, all of our dreams came true with the opening of True Crafted Pizza. Over the past ten years, we have been blessed to have amazing team members and to serve our community. We have loved every minute of it. With True Pizza’s success and hard work, we were able to launch our catering company, True Crafted Catering with Big Red and most recently, Osteria Luca, our full service Italian sister restaurant in Park Road Shopping Center.
It's with mixed emotions that we announce that at the end of May, True Pizza will be serving our guests for the final time at our Stonecrest location. Our lease is expiring and we will not be continuing at that location. Please come out and visit over the next few weeks; we would love to see you and thank you for your years of patronage. After our closure, please come visit Osteria LuCa to get the pizza that you have come to love over the past 10 years, or check us out around town with our Big Red Pizza Truck. Please know that we are on the lookout for a new True Crafted Pizza location, hopefully coming your way soon.
