Our Spanish sangria from La Sueca is crafted with a 50/50 blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes. It's then infused with all-natural extracts of orange, lemon, cinnamon, peach, apricot, and fig.

What’s a Comal? Besides being our namesake, it’s the heart of a Hispanic kitchen. ❤️

Traditionally, this appliance is used in Mexico, Central America, and parts of South America. Here in the Hall, we use ours to get a perfect sear anything from meats, vegetables, and even tortillas!

Pro tip: We keep them seasoned like cast iron, but you can also use a thin “lime wash” (water and lime) to create a bone-dry, non-stick surface, perfect for roasting spices and chiles without a drop of oil.
