Behind the scenes of your wood-fired pizza… 🍕🔥🪵

You see the perfectly blistered crusts, fresh toppings, and pizzas coming out of the oven.

You don’t always see Jay splitting wood, hauling logs, and having a very serious quality control supervisor 🐶😂

Every piece of wood that fires our oven is cut, split, and stacked by us — because great pizza starts long before the first dough ball is stretched.

A whole lot of sweat goes into those slices ❤️🔥
