Start planning for the Boston Greek parade on Sunday, April 30th this year. March with your church or your organization. Three generations marching together last year with AHEPA. Look at the left 3. Great family moment. The Maids were right there as well. Such a great day!!!

I know that many people were disappointed that they haven't seen us in a while, but we are in the process of moving and had to bypass this summer season unfortunately. We will repost and become more active with events next summer.

We are so grateful for all of the support from our family and friends. We have gotten so many posts and shares and offers for help. We are so moved by the support. My mom helped me crush garlic and peel and shave cucumbers tonight. Our friends and family have been posting and sharing and promising to come and help. My amazing friend Deb Zieminski came over and helped us set up a tablet with square one and bar codes. I just hope that the weather cooperates.

More preparations with fresh ingredients from as many local farms as we can. Shout out to Stony Knoll Farm, 800 Pleasant Street, Leicester MA. Your tomato, cucumber, garlic, onion, and herbs (parsley, mint, and dill) are amazing and make the meal special.
