If you’re unsure 🤷🏼‍♀️about your workouts, struggle with gym equipment🏋️‍♀️, or don’t know the best exercises to achieve your goals, I’ve got you covered! Get personalized, weekly workout plans tailored just for you in the comfort of your own home. Special pricing available for all my preferred members and retail Herbalife 💚 clients. Let’s get fit together!
It is very customizable on days and duration in which you would like. For my active preferred member or retail clients they would get a discount rate
It would also be week by week.
2 sessions: $30 per week
3 sessions: $ 50 per week
4 sessions: $ 75 per week
5 sessions: $100 per week
(Pricing is subject to changed based of duration of sessions.
You would also have full access to my almost year worth of yoga sculpt classes online along with personalized meal plan and weekly or monthly EVolt scans (if you are consuming the Herbalife products and would like this service). Example below is my scan so you can see the numbers we would be pulling for you each scan. These scans will not only give you very personalize and specific numbers to follow based on your goals but will also shift and adjust every scan based on the results you are getting.
If you are not an active preferred member or retail client the price goes up $15 per week

Dear friends and cherished clients of Chaska,

As I reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared, I’m filled with gratitude for your unwavering support. This Saturday, from 9 am to noon, will be our last day at Revive Nutrition, and we want to celebrate with all of you! 🎉 Join us for our final fitness class from 8 to 9 am and let’s create lasting memories.

It’s bittersweet to say goodbye, but I’m thrilled to announce our next move to Rise Up Nutrition in Bloomington! 🌟 Remember, my coaching services are available no matter where you are, so you can continue your journey with me whether you’re local or far away. Thank you for being a part of this incredible chapter. Here’s to new beginnings!
