Punch cards are here!🙌

If you missed our previous posts, as of today we are no longer using our online rewards and loyalty program, instead switching to a punch card system!

The punch cards ensure that customers will no longer lose out on rewards due to technical issues and contain many, many more rewards, as they operate on a ‘season pass’ system with multiple rewards available that customers can gain as they get their cards punched.

Every time you buy a drink, it will count as a punch, and buying multiple drinks gets you multiple punches! The rewards for the punch card for this ‘season’ are:

🥯Punch 5- Free bagel & schmear
✌️Punch 15- Buy one drink, get another 50% off
☕️Punch 20- 20% off on a retail bag of coffee
🔥Punch 30- Free drink of any size and type

Hurry in to any BeCaffeinated shop or Morning Bee Bakery to get your punch card and start punching your way to rewards!

Rewards are changing!

After heavy consideration and discussion, it has been decided that the current rewards program will end on October 29th. The main reason for this being that it often has technical difficulties that have frustrated both customers and our team, and we don’t feel like it is giving you all the service that you deserve.

Instead, moving forward we are going analog with the introduction of punch cards! Like everything we do though, these punch cards will have a lot going on. They operate on a ‘season pass’ system with multiple rewards and are intended to last for weeks to months, matching up with our themed seasonal menus.

Starting November 1st, you’ll be able to grab your punch card at any BeCaffeinated shop or Morning Bee Bakery. After that, every time you buy a drink from a shop or the bakery, you’ll get a spot on your card punched (if you are ordering multiple drinks, that means getting multiple punches) and at particular punch milestones marked on your card, you’ll receive a reward, with the rewards increasing in value the further you get down your card!

If you currently have any rewards or points you have accumulated in our current system, we recommend that you start trading them in before the 29th to ensure you get the most use out of them, OR you can hang onto those points and rewards and trade them for punches on your new punch card.

What this all means for you as a customer is a faster experience, no more annoying and confusing text messages, and a system that will give you more for supporting your local drive-thru coffee shop.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us via our social media or the CONTACT US form on our website. Thank you all for your support!
