If you were with us last year for our Taste of 30 Years wine dinner, you already know the magic that happens when our family opens its kitchen and cellar to you — rare old world varietals like Assyrtiko and Agiorgitiko, recipes passed down through generations, and an evening that feels less like a restaurant and more like a seat at the family table.
This year, as Acropolis celebrates another birthday, we’re doing something extra special.
Our patriarch, Teddy Kyriakidis, came to this country from Athens with a love of Greek food and wine that has never dimmed — and it’s that same spirit that lives in everything we do. This summer, his son Nick is traveling back to Greece to walk the same sun-drenched shores and village markets that inspired it all, returning with fresh ideas, new flavors, and a menu straight from the heart of the Grecian islands.
You’ll be among the first to taste what he brings home.
Expect the warmth of the Mediterranean on every plate — traditional Greek dishes alongside exciting regional specialties and the kind of contemporary influences that only come from experiencing a place firsthand. And of course, wines worthy of the journey.
