We learned a lot today about Agritourism thanks to the folks at Cornell Cooperative Extension and the knowledgeable guest speakers for the New York State Agritourism Conference. Really looking forward to Day 2 where we will learn more about scaling-up value-added products from our farm. They also ended the day with an incredible cheeseboard.
