☀️ Summer is serving up some of our favorite flavors this week at Campbell’s Resort.
From fresh king salmon to prime beef, backyard BBQ, and a decadent new dessert, there’s something worth lingering over.
Dinner
🐟 KING SALMON
Fresh king salmon served over rich, cheesy & creamy leeks with a seasonal vegetable skewer.
🥩 GRILLED PRIME NEW YORK TENDERLOIN
Coffee and chipotle-rubbed prime New York with whipped potatoes, blistered green beans, and a vibrant peach chimichurri featuring fresh herbs, peaches, and local nectarines.
Lunch
🥪 BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICH
Slow-smoked pulled pork topped with chipotle slaw, pepper jack cheese, and fresh jalapeños on a rustic roll.
🍔 BALSAMIC BLEU BURGER
Crisp prosciutto, caramelized onions, tomato, sprouts, garlic aioli, and plenty of bleu cheese on brioche. Messy, savory, and worth every napkin.
🍫 New Dessert – Dark Chocolate Mousse
Silky dark chocolate mousse, peanut butter crémeux, fresh raspberries, and chocolate sauce. Available nightly—and a pretty convincing reason to save room.
