Layla’s Bar + Kitchen is looking for a Kitchen Manager who takes pride in creating great food, building a strong team, and running an organized, high-performing kitchen.
We’re a locally owned restaurant that believes memorable experiences start with people who genuinely care about what they do. We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front, isn’t afraid to jump on the line, and wants to help build something special.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
* Manage inventory and food ordering
* Control food costs and minimize waste
* Ensure cleanliness and health code compliance
* Train and develop kitchen staff
* Work closely with ownership to improve menus, systems, and operations
* Help create a positive, respectful, team-first culture
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Has previous kitchen leadership experience
* Leads with positivity and accountability
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Is organized and dependable
* Communicates well with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
* Enjoys coaching others and helping people grow
* Cares about consistency and attention to detail
* Wants to be part of a restaurant that’s invested in the community

* $22/hour starting wage
