Last night I had the honor of DJ’ing the Cheney High School class of 84. It was really fun to watch the same group I DJ’ed when they were in junior high as I was in high school. We all may be older but for those few hours all of them including myself returned to our youth of that great time period in our lives. As I looked around the crowd, the number of groups gathered as they did during the dances at city hall. They even came up for requests like they did back then. All can say is thank you. It was great seeing that you guys again.

I was contacted from the Cheney High School Class of 1984 Reunion to DJ it. I have been in retirement mode for DJ'ing, but I can't say no to this class since they knew me when I was just starting out in the DJ world. I am looking forward to it. Top it off, they are having it with my brothers at the VFW in Airway Heights. I may do a special on my Music Vizion 80's podcast on Spotify for the class of 84 soon. I'll probably have it posted during Memorial Day Weekend. i maybe doing for the whole nation, but those who were there back in the day, will know who I am really doing this show for. I'll have to sneek a Rail song on there.

After some long dicussions and the major changes to owning and operating a restaurant these past few months, we regret to let you know that we are officially closed. Its been a great ride and we want to thank all our loyal Lennys guests. You have made it special for us and the reason why we spent so many days hashing this decision out, however, we are losing money due to many factors such as food priceses keep going up, the inflation rate is cutting into people's disposal income and added regulations and stresses from the state. All of us at Lennys will miss you guys completely as we all move onto our other jobs. Thank you for the great memories.
