We are a family run business, inviting everyone to join our family in creating and promoting a community of conscious consumers through our food and social awareness. We hand make traditional American baked good with some European influence using the best possible ingredients from farms in our area. Everything we cannot get from our local region is sourced from the best ethically and environmentally focused companies. We feel local is the only way to go when it comes to truly making a difference in the world. “Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world” – Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Come and join us, enjoy our food and our company! Be what you wish to see in the world!

✨Welcome in, Kaija✨
Hi! My name is Kaija! I’m from Alaska! I am currently studying Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law at Eastern. Some things that I do for fun are reading, thrifting/shopping, and currently watching football. I became a barista fairly young and have loved it since. My favorite drinks are a white lotus with pomegranate and lemon, or a salted caramel americano with cream! Favorite food right now has to be the Tuscana!
