What: Delectable, made-to-order, wallet-friendly food returns to the Hampton Roads Executive Airport for your convenience and dining enjoyment! Make lunch fun again!
You’ll find je**ed chicken, pulled pork, Cuban beef, and sliced smoked brisket tacos and burritos on the inaugural menu. And if you’d like to avoid the animals but keep all the yummy, amped-up flavor, you’re in luck: there’s a couple of vegetarian-friendly options, too. Prices start at just $5! See the full menu below!
When: Every Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting TODAY, Friday, January 14, 2022
Where: Painted a can’t-miss shade of bright yellow, you’ll find the Get Stuffed food truck parked in front of the Hampton Roads Executive Airport Terminal Building, adjacent to the terminal annex building. Order your food and enjoy it to go, or feel free to take it into the former cafe/restaurant area to chat with your friends while taking in views of the runway.

Who: “Get Stuffed” is a popular food truck serving up creative, organic, gourmet tacos and burritos. It’s helmed by a chef with an extensive culinary background and 20+ years of hospitality experience, and you may have seen Eric Aymer and his wife Kristen dishing out deliciousness at some of Hampton Roads’ best-known breweries and events. Now, Hampton Roads Executive Airport has secured for you a regular engagement with these two that’s sure to delight your taste buds!
Why: You’re hungry – and we know it! The management of Hampton Roads Executive Airport has been working hard to source a quality, on-site food option to fill the gap left when beloved Karen retired from her Blue Skies Grille after many years at the airport. We encourage you to show “Get Stuffed” some love. If the demand shows itself, the possibility of expanded service days exists. Come out and Get Stuffed!

Last few days at BSGs. It was a great run and I will miss you all. I felt the love and good wishes for sure. Thank you to all those who came in to say goodbye, the kind phone calls and gifts. Thank you everyone who came to dine, chat and laugh. So many great memories I will cherish in my heart forever. Now on to something new. Grateful for all. Merry Christmas and happy New Year!🎄🎄🎄🎄

I’m getting nostalgic. Thought I’d post this review. This was probably 10 years ago. Obviously he got my name wrong but it depicts a time gone by. Good times for sure.

Only seems fitting to post today. I’m celebrating my 60th birthday and its Thanksgiving time. I’m on a new adventure and will be closing Blue Skies Grille. It has been a privilege to have served this wonderful community for 20 years. I have loved being a part of a extended family and I will miss you all. Many have come and gone and I will cherish the memories forever. You have all been so supportive over the years and I am so grateful for that. I will be closing for the Thankgiving holiday 11/25-29. My last day will be on December 18th.Please come by and say goodbye. Thank you for your support over the years.

Blue Skies Grille will be closed from 8/23 - 8/30. I am taking my vacation to go to my beautiful daughter Laurens and her husband to be Eric’s wedding. So happy and so grateful. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
