It has been said, as we navigate life, we will encounter many occasions where we will do something for the very last time - in some instances you will know and in some, you will not. Recognizing this fact will help see the goodness in all we experience in this life we have and help eliminate the nonsense that can lead you to become less appreciative of collective moments that really really matter.

On 22 February we prepared our last Pizza in that beautifully hand crafted Stefano Ferrara Wood Fired Oven from Naples Italy and on 6 March we handed the keys over to an amazing family with incredible passion for Food, Family and Community. We look forward to the opening of their Restaurant and sitting on the other side with all of you.

In closing, Thank You so very much for the Love, Support and Memories that will last our lifetime.

We are a NO GO for tonight and will be closed (Thursday) 20 Feb

We will be OPEN on Friday (21 Feb) and Saturday (22 Feb). If you have a confirmed reservation you are set - please do not show up with more than you reserved - no additional seating is available If you DO NOT have a confirmed reservation we will not be able to sit you unless someone cancels. Take Out will be available to the max extent possible.

It is with a mix of emotions and humble gratitude that we announce PBV by Signorelli will close its doors on Saturday, 22 February 2025. We are OPEN all this week.

We give immeasurable thanks to all who have dined with us - whether you have been dining with us for years or just recently discovered us. We are humbled and honored to have served you and grateful in you trusting us with some of your most treasured moments. 🙏❤️

Restaurant work is not the easiest - it takes thick skin, a great sense of humor and intense commitment - we were lucky and blessed to find these traits in everyone who worked with us. Our staff has been an integral part of PBV - there are no words to express our gratitude for their hard work and commitment in keeping our vision alive for nearly 10 years. We knew this day would eventually come as staff & family began launching into their professional careers. So proud and grateful for everyone who worked with us, both past and present. 🙏❤️

We are super excited about the family taking the space and opening their own amazing Neapolitan Pizza Restaurant in the very near future. The family grew up in Naples and has passion for great food. We are also certain our paths crossed when we lived in Naples - what a small world. We look forward to eating and drinking a glass of wine along side you - as soon as they open. 🙌❤️🇮🇹🌋💙
