* A word about our sourcing of ingredients…
We try to use all organic flours, grains and beans. We use local, organic, farm fresh produce and meats whenever possible and source humanely raised, non-gmo products when necessary. Our dairy items are from Cabot and Grafton Cheese. Our coffee, teas and chocolates are Organic and Fair Trade from Equal Exchange.
