We are also introducing three clarified cocktails for you to try!
💡 To clarify:
Clarification is the process of removing impurities from mixed drinks using milk-washing and dates back to the 1700s. It removes cloudiness, created a more smoothed texture, and accentuating flavors. They are “boozy” without the astringent bitter taste.

Currently we feature three:

🥥 🍍 Clarified painkiller - Rum, orange, pineapple and coconut with a little bit of nutmeg and a pineapple leaf

🐆 S*x Panther Cuba Libre (rum and coke) with a small splash of club soda and a lemon wedge

🍹 Clarified Amaretto Sour - the classic cocktail without the astringency you find in the use of sour mix

Our weekend special is a Crab and Shrimp Stroganoff with white rice and house made Old Bay chips which pairs well with your favorite hoodie that was unpacked this week even though your significant other really hates it and doesn’t remember that it was HER who bought it for you 12 years ago so you just pull the sleeves down to barely meet your wrist and hope she doesn’t say anything because I like this sweatshirt Brenda!
