Happy Saturday! Come and order off the Food or Ice Cream menu! I have local greens from North Wind Farm for my salad and sandwiches. I’m also selling it by the bag if you would like any. I do have a sandwich special for today and tomorrow which is a beef brisket sandwich with your choice of sauce. You can choose the white Alabama sauce or a Carolina mustard sauce. The lemonade is a choice between blueberry or tropical. I hope you all have a great weekend!

I have North Wind Farms (from Saxtons River) mixed leafy greens for sale in 6 oz bags for $8. I’m also using it for my salad and sandwiches that are on my menu! Problem solved!

I will not be serving any lettuce or mixed greens this weekend that are on my menu. Until the cyclospora issue resolves itself that will be the case.! The salad I have on my menu will be served with broccoli Rabe instead of mixed greens and will have the rest of the ingredients on it, which are pumpkin seeds, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, goat cheese, and lemon vinaigrette.

Today’s Sandwich special is a Coronation Chicken Salad Sandwich on a toasted baguette. Chicken Salad is made with curry powder, mango chutney, apricot jam, scallions, mayo and toasted almonds. $12
