Ted Plemons isn’t your typical winery co-owner — and this isn’t your typical wine pairing dinner.

In 2002, Ted and his business partner Steve Cass took a golf and wine tasting trip to Stellenbosch, South Africa. Over a few bottles of Syrah, they hatched the idea to start a winery together. The rest, as they say, is Paso Robles history.

Now Ted is bringing that same passion for wine and good company to Westchester. Join us Wednesday, May 20th for an unforgettable Cass Winery Pairing Dinner with Ted Plemons and Chef Matthew Glickert.
