Good morning everyone!

“Early to rise brings double fortune,” as we say back home in Montenegro and across the Balkans.
It was 4 AM when I woke up and went to the restaurant getting ready for a big order that has to be done right at 11 when we open.

After coming back from the store, these guys helped me unload all the supplies for the restaurant, so since we had a little downtime, I took them for a quick ride and some ice cream.
Sometimes it’s the small moments that make this business enjoyable. Good kids, good attitudes, and always a lot of laughs with this crew. Grateful to have young people like this around Mondello. 😊💕

Good afternoon, everyone! As I promised, I’d like to introduce some of our newest crew members. We currently have about 20 more young people on our waiting list, and we’ll be happy to bring them on as soon as the opportunity opens up.

Good morning guys! One of our youngest customers drew me making pizza. I was hoping he gave me some hair, but he said, “No, that’s the crown on your head! 😂

Hello guys. Welcome Tatum to our team! She was so excited to start working with us and we are happy to have her on our team.
We hired around 8 new kids and she is one of them. I will make sure in near future to introduce them all to you 😊

Good evening everyone. I want to thank all of my wonderful crew members. The amount of loyalty, love for this restaurant, and the customers coming here is something I haven’t seen in my 23 years of career and I can guarantee you I’ve seen a lot! Working in a lot of different places. From Montenegro, Germany, France, Croatia, New York, cruise ships, luxury yachts, and Michelin Star restaurants. Thank you, Mondello Kids!
