We have some new exciting things to share here at Offset BBQ!

First, join us this Sunday morning 10/25 for the Steelers vs Saints game live from Paris. We will be opening the doors at 8:30am and starting to serve food at 9. We will have shrimp and grits and a Primanti style breakfast sandwich on a croissant.

We also started running our Smoked Pork Loin and J.P. Graziano giardiniera sandwich with garlic mayo, lettuce and Muenster cheese on toasted French bread.

I know it’s been awhile since we’ve had it, and the time has come for the return of the Shrimp Po’Boy! Crispy cornmeal crusted shrimp tossed in our Chicago white sauce with red onions and lettuce in a toasted French roll. It’s shrimply the best! 🍤🍤🍤

Everyone has been waiting patiently for summer to start because we all know what comes with good weather…the mango margarita! You can’t go wrong with a real mango ice cube, milagro tequila, fresh squeezed lime juice, and a tajin rim.

Happy Friday Chicago! We have some awesome specials that we will be serving through the end of the month.

Our Brisket Philly Egg Rolls are loaded with peppers, onions, cheese and most importantly, our house smoked brisket.

The Chicken Giardiniera Melt uses giardiniera, garlic mayo, muenster cheese and our smoked sliced chicken breast.

If you are a buffalo sauce fan, our Buffalo Style 1/2 Smoked Chicken is for you. It’s tossed in garlic buffalo sauce and served over fries with crispy red onions and fried picked jalapeños.

We added a new sandwich to our menu! Smoked sliced chicken breast, avocado, bacon, Swiss cheese, red onion and garlicky basil mayo make this a winner.

We also have tomorrow night(Fri 1/30) starting at 6:30 serenading us with some great tunes. Come say hi!

They say there are only two seasons in Chicago: winter and construction. Unfortunately, we are getting both of them at the same time. We appreciate that it takes a little longer to get here while the guys are working which is why for the next two months on Monday through Thursday when you dine in, your second drink will be on us.

The southbound lane on California is still open and street parking is free on California and on Wabansia. Come say hi!
