With heavy hearts, we want to share that Jook Sing will be closing its doors for good. đź’”
Rising food costs and the current economic climate have made it incredibly difficult to keep our small business sustainable. We fought hard to stay afloat, but unfortunately, it just wasn’t enough.
It’s been an honor to share our story, flavors, and nights with the West Town community and all of Chicago. We’ve had the privilege of collaborating with some of the best bars in the world and standing alongside incredible bartenders from across the country. 🙏✨
As a small, independently owned business, it meant the world to serve you. While this chapter is ending, we hope to return one day—maybe with a new, smaller concept. But for now, it’s time to say goodbye.
