The team behind the viral, flaky, buttery Tteokbokki Croissant is bringing their signature Korean-inspired flavors to TenGoku for a two-weekend-only collaboration.
INTRODUCING: the Boricha Soboro Salt Bread filled with sweet corn diplomat cream, layered with boricha caramel, and topped with crisp soboro for the perfect summery bite. Baked and collab’d by Daeji Dough Co.’s Albert Song and Alex Janakiraman, and HIS Hospitality Executive Pastry Chef Alana Wang, this summery salt bread puts a seasonal twist on a traditional bakery staple known for its soft, buttery interior and lightly salted crust.
Sink your teeth into the creation at TenGoku Aburiya’s all-you-can-eat brunch on Saturdays, or grab it while supplies last at Daeji Dough Co. for two weekends only: June 20–21 and June 27–28.
