Hulyanka: Anelya Turns Three 🎉
Three years ago, we opened Anelya to share Ukrainian food and hospitality with Chicago. You turned it into something bigger than we ever imagined. So on Saturday, November 7, we are throwing a Hulyanka: the kind of Ukrainian party with loud and fun music, full glasses through the night, and everyone ends up dancing.
From 6 to 9pm, the restaurant becomes one big cocktail party. 🍹 There is no seated dinner. This is a night for standing, mingling, and dancing, and everything comes to you.
The bar is open all evening, pouring our house infusions, specialty cocktails, and Ukrainian w**e. Our team will be passing zakuski all night, along with shashlyk straight off the grill and something sweet to finish. We feed people the way a Ukrainian grandmother does, so “no, thank you” will be treated as a suggestion. 👵 💖
🎶 🎺 Live Ukrainian music by 𝗠𝘆𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗸 will carry the night, and our beautiful dancers Hromovytsia Dance Ensemble ⚡️ will close it out with the traditional Ukrainian dance. Nobody will make you try the squat kicks. Nobody will stop you, either. 💃 🕺
