Each cohort in Aspire's Employment Training Program visits the Metropolis Coffee Company roasting facility for a behind-the-scenes look at Aspire CoffeeWorks.

From roasting and packing to learning about the many roles that keep our business running, trainees get a firsthand look at the people, processes, and impact behind every bag of coffee.

We love welcoming each group, sharing what we do, and helping participants explore different jobs and career paths.
