Swing by Bitter Pops today at 1pm to try the wonderful flavors from the Ice Cream Girl herself! Sarah!

Sarah has loved eating and making ice cream for as long as she can remember. Her first job in her hometown of Vail, Colorado was scooping ice cream after school. Since then, she studied Hospitality Administration at Cornell University and then moved to Chicago, IL. After graduating she worked for Stephanie Izard at Girl & the Goat, Little Goat Diner, and Duck Duck Goat, which is where the nickname “Ice Cream Girl” was born. She then took a year off to travel the world searching for unique and unusual ice cream flavors.

Bitter Pops is one of a handful of spots in Chicago where you can find Ice Cream Girl’s ice cream. Each month Sarah introduces new flavors, so stop by today starting at 1pm to try out some Ice Cream Girl core flavors and her new flavors for July!

Revolution Anti-Hero Garlic Smashburger!

In 2010, Revolution Brewing opened its doors and got to work! Now, Revolution has become a household name in Chicago, is distributed in more than 10 states, and is one of the largest craft breweries in the US. We’re pumped to have collaborated with them on this month’s burger and can’t wait for you to try it!

Our Revolution Anti-Hero Garlic Smashburger starts off with two toasted GREEN Anti-Hero brioche buns delivered fresh from EvaDean’s Bakery. A healthy swipe of our house-made garlic aioli and sliced juicy tomato kicks off this tremendous build; from there, we smash two all-beef patties into a heaping pile of minced garlic (Oklahoma Fried Onion Smashburger style!). A melty layer of two slices of mozzarella cheese follows, and piled high on top of it all lie crispy house-made fried onions! This one’s delish!

We couldn’t have thought of a better way to end our Brewery-inspired Burger program than with this mean, green behemoth of a burger! Happy 250th Anniversary to the USA, and let the Revolution begin this July at Bitter Pops!
