Looking forward to serving sushi at your events. Our aim is to create authentic Japanese food with a big emphasis on texture, harmony of flavours and a sense of overall balance. Food that are seasonally fresh, healthy and delicious while taking you on a journey of different sensations. It's all about what's happening on your palate and also pleasing to your eyes. Chef owner Hemmisan has created a seasonal Izakaya a.k.a. Authentic Japanese Tapas menu as well as a wide selections of noodle dishes.

Chef Hemmi is relocating to Florida!!!
After 20 years of working together, we thank him for co creating Tsuki, Ai & Ringo with us, we wish him all the best in his future endeavors

The restaurant is open till the end of the month, and be closed after that for restructuring
Catering is operating the same with no change
