HAPPY HOLIDAYS

My gift to you is knowledge. today I posted red velvet cookies, chocolate sandwich cookies, vanilla cake, pastry cream, fruit jam, and oat wheat bread.

That means that besides donuts and brunch, anything you may have consumed at Fritz is now online for you to try your hand at.

The donut recipes will only be in the hardcopy and I’m still deciding about brunch, but the recipes are done. the book is finished. so if there’s a particular brunch recipe you want before I get around to deciding, message me and I’ll send it to you.

Jaime here - after a brief hiatus for moving my earthly possessions, I’m back to work on the bake book. so if lockdown 2.0 is also leaving you with oodles of time maybe try making this biscuit sitch.

This one is more like a fluffy drop biscuit not like the flaky Fritz biscuit, which I’m getting to.

Heya - chef Bo at BIXI BEER has been awesome enough to let me add some vegan donuts to the brunch menu sat/sun.
They can also be available for curbside pick up, if you care to contact me and preorder.
We have some seedling blueberries, so most likely they will be blueberry glaze.
If they don’t sell, I fear they will give way on the menu to more popular items, so come get em if you want them. 🤣
We’re just around the corner from the Logan square farmer’s market.

Fritz may be dead but the DONUTS LIVE ON at Bixi Beer -
last weekend on the dessert menu, moving to the brunch menu soon in a different form but it will be a minute.
