My name is Vincent Hubbard, but many know me as The Turkey King. While spending time in New Orleans with my sister, I watched a barrel drum turn an entire turkey into something unforgettable: crispy skin, juicy meat, and bold Cajun seasoning. That experience inspired me to bring the food, fellowship, and Creole flavor back to Chicago.

I’m raising funds to launch The Turkey King Cajun Fried Turkey, starting with a food trailer and the equipment, permits, commercial kitchen fees, inventory, packaging, and insurance needed to operate. This campaign is still getting started, and your support can help turn years of learning and experimenting into a business that brings people together around great food.
