We added to the library this fun map-making game called Cartographers. The cards that you pull from the deck set the conditions for every player. Fulfill them to the best of your ability to earn points. But, it wouldn't be a good game without a little chaos! When you pull a certain card you pass your map to the left, and another cartographer gets to sabotage you a little bit. Like in Welcome To... any number of players can get their sheet and participate.

Dice Forge is an easy, short game, where you collect gold as well as sun and moon shards (hey, we didn't name the things) by throwing dice. You can exchange gold for better dice sides, and shards for card benefits and points. With only 9 or 10 rounds, and a limited ability to stash resources, you must be decisive and ambitious. Good for young players and a crew of 2 to 4.

Ugh, that's annoying. Thursday night into Friday somebody broke into our place. Fortunately they only took a little cash we keep for giving change (we don't want to be a card-only establishment), and we were able to continue operations normally. We are in the process of reporting to the police and checking cameras. This is just a call to all neighbors to stay vigilant, and solidarity with other businesses that have been hit.
