So special we couldn't keep it to ourselves. Our very own Charlie's Mom inspired this riff on a breakfast tamale. These beauties are built with a brothy/schmaltzy masa with a maple punch filled with fried chicken nuggies and melty cheese, but that's not all. These pockets of goodness rest well under a temple of crispy waffles, salsa ranchera a dollop of butter, chili crisp and....a lil more maple syzurp. Fortify yourself with us!
