Doughboy Restaurant Group, led by artisan baker and restaurateur Rich Labriola, is bringing a bold new concept to Fulton Market in Spring 2026: Labriola Italian Specialties.
Located at 852 W Fulton Market, this all-day Italian spot will showcase Labriola’s award-winning pizza, house-made pasta, fresh-baked bread, and signature treats like Sicilian cannoli and spumoni — plus a late-night pizza slice + walk-up cannoli window.

Designed with Heidi Lightner Architects, the space will seat over 100 guests, blending playful daytime vibes with a moody, energetic atmosphere at night. Expect a vibrant dining room, bold bar design, and outdoor seating for everything from casual lunches to celebratory dinners.
