Cheese of the Month: Balsamic Bellavitano!

This cheese is a flavorful cheese from Wisconsin, infused with Italian balsamic vinegar. It has a nutty, fruity and slightly sharp flavor. It is a firm cow milk cheese, slightly granular with crunchy crystals.

Thank you everyone who showed up for our first cooking Demo of the year. The chicken and vegetables and Clam and Shrimp pasta was delicious.

Hello and Good Morning. We are happy to announce that we will be starting our cooking demos back up, starting in April. Keep following us on Facebook so you can stay updated on our demos that we will be doing. Also, if you or anyone you know that would like to conduct a demo, please see Manny at The Galley.
