There’s a lot going on here. Let’s talk about some of these things.
A BBQ Platter from the BBQ gods. For big poppa. We’re talking beef ribs, smoked wings, cornbread, beans, and so much flavor.
A carne asada platter. One of my favorite cuisines is Mexican. Mixed with BBQ it’s impossible to not have a perfect meal.
BBQ lasagna⁉️⁉️
Yes. BBQ Lasagna. Brisket, pork belly, bbq béchamel, ricotta, the whole works. Unreal ex*****on.
Watermelon Gazpacho is a cold soup. Perfect for this weather. One of the most intriguing soups I’ve ever had. Blessed by a great recipe from a fellow chef of ours, Jesse. Runs a great spot at Soup Is Good. Great place.
