Tgif friends! Who has big plans for the weekend? We are focused on serving yall and then Abbys graduation party.. then spend days off with family..we just dont do cheesecakes like this special strawberry pie... open today 10am-6pm..

It's raining It's pouring the old man is snoring. Well not at this second but it was earlier and again later today.. we are still headed to Munson Bridge winery tonight to sling some cheesecakes while y'all play some bingo. Thank you yesterday was crazy busy all day from open to close ! Now I had to bake thousands of cheesecakes to open today.. open 10am-6pm today here, then out at Munson Bridge from 6pm-whenever ... lastly when your daughter comes to you with her big eyes late the night before talking about her high school show choir team and their getting together today.. stop right then and run away.. just kidding.. needless to say I whipped up miniature cheesecake chocolate chip cookie with caramel and toffee tacos for her show choir team meeting this morning....

Good tuesday morning to y'all! How was your weekend? I spent the entire weekend getting ready for Abby's graduation party this coming weekend. We ha e family and friends coming from all over the world.. Im exhausted and sore from my weekend but here we are today open 10am-6pm. Tomorrow after we close we will be out at Munson Bridge Winery again for their Bingo night..

It is an absolute gorgeous day here in the Valley! Perfect day to spend the day checking out Chippewa Falls! Whether you spent your whole life here or just looking for something to do on a day trip Chippewa Falls has many cool little shops downtown , the Market on the River, River front park, Irvine Park and zoo, brewery tours, great ice cream shops, or world Famous of them all Josef's Cheesecake, we are right outside of downtown 343 e park ave open 10am-4pm today swing in grab some treats and drinks enjoy them on our patio or take them to go down to the park. Relax and enjoy the old world charm of historic Chippewa in a whole new light.. we have tons of orders heading out again today. Like graduations , birthdays, weddings, and more! We even made cheesecake truffles for one special order, a dairy free cake for another and tons of other fun treats..

Happy friday y'all! We are open 10am-6pm today and are fully stocked and have tons of events going out today like the Chemseed foundation charity golf, graduation parties, celebration of life, birthdays, baby showers, weddings, welcome to America party, birthdays and more .... it is also national donut day so we have some fun donuts and long johns today like cookie dough cheesecake stuffed long johns, chocolate peanut butter cheesecake stuffed long john, creme brule donuts and many more.. of course cheesecakes, macarons, cannolis and so many other baked goodies.

Its a gorgeous wednesday here in the valley and im still trying to catch up because y'all rocked it yesterday and tonight Josef's cheesecakes and Primal Pizza will be out at Munson Bridge Winery starting at 6pm for Line Dancing, music , and of course delicious wine.. we are open here at the shop until I have to head out there at 5.. .. stop in and grab a new espresso cookie dough creme brulee cheesecake or maybe a America 250 little Debbie cheesecake.. plus many other flavors to choose from

Happy gorgeous tuesday y'all! How was your weekend? I worked, then we had an amazing family day on sunday, then delivered hundreds of gluten free cheesecakes out to valley fest grounds for Force Fields music festival this weekend and our Becca had 4k graduation last night.. we are open 10am-6pm and y'all have already been piling in and have met some of the sweetest pun intended new guests today.. all the donuts are already sold out and bow im working on an order for a business meeting out at reboot social tonight..
