A classic carbonara. This dish is replacing our puttanesca in our line up of rotating pastas.
Chef prepares this as traditional as possible with neuske's bacon, fresh cracked black pepper, parmigiano reggiano, egg yolk, garlic, and linguine.
For all you purists out there, guanciale is a bit difficult to source, so give us some slack 😂 we are positive you'll enjoy it anyway!
