A classic carbonara. This dish is replacing our puttanesca in our line up of rotating pastas.

Chef prepares this as traditional as possible with neuske's bacon, fresh cracked black pepper, parmigiano reggiano, egg yolk, garlic, and linguine.

For all you purists out there, guanciale is a bit difficult to source, so give us some slack 😂 we are positive you'll enjoy it anyway!

A classic creole stew with a velvety blonde roux, the cajun holy trinity(onions, celery, and bell pepper), crushed tomatoes, and a luxurious shrimp fumet.

The humble Wisconsin bratwurst. This dish has everything you know and love from dad's back yard grill out with just a little more creative imagination.

A 1/3 pound duroc pork Wisconsin style bratwurst on a bed of caramelized onion and roasted garlic polenta. Topped with chefs house made black pepper and garlic sauerkraut, bourbon pickled mustard seeds, garlic scape gremolata, and finished with a rich brown ale bordelaise (because dad would never forget the beer).
