🎉NOW ENROLLING: DUDE DAYCARE at Uncommon Loon Brewing Company!🎉

Has your husband, boyfriend or adult son been wandering around the house asking, "What are we doing today?" Drop him off at Dude Daycare, where drop-in service is now available! Our highly unqualified staff specializes in keeping dudes happy, hydrated, and somewhat chatty.

Our daily enrichment program includes sampling from 15 uncommonly good beers, 13 hard seltzers, and 2 hard slushies, along with a solid selection of snacks for purchase to keep energy at peak dad-joke performance levels. Recreational activities include Big Buck Hunter, Pinball, Skee Ball or Cribbage and possibly some supervised sports spectating on our TV monitor. Socialization opportunities are plentiful, with spontaneous debates about the Vikings, fishing stories that get bigger every round, and at least one guy explaining how he "almost went pro."

Every participant leaves with a personalized Dude Report Card:
🍺 Hydration Level: Excellent
🎯 Big Buck Hunter Accuracy: Questionable
🃏 Cribbage Trash Talk: Advanced
📺 Sports Knowledge Shared: Excessive
😎 Overall Behavior: Mostly Good (occasional eye rolls and exaggerated storytelling)

No reservations required. No nap time enforced. No whining...well, we can't promise that. So next time you need to run errands—or just need a couple hours of peace and quiet—drop your favorite fella off at Dude Daycare, only at the Uncommon Loon. Because every guy deserves a field trip every once-in-a-while.

As the Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz said, "I'm melting!"

We have some hot live music to match the weather this week. On Tap will be bringin' the heat on Thursday with some Classic Rock. On Sunday, The Swongos will be sending out some beach-type vibes with a blistering set of Surf Rock.

We'll have 4 different food trucks this week. Pep Island will be dishing it up on Thursday. On Friday, Cousins Maine Lobster - Minneapolis, MN will be on the scene. We're happy to welcome Cantina Del Rio to the Loon on Saturday. Smash N Dash MN will be serving on Sunday. A lot of good eats!

Worthy and Wild Permanent Jewelry will be doing a pop-up event in the taproom on Saturday.

The Uncommon Loon Brewing Company in Chisago City is getting ready to host the second part of "Art Side of the Loon" a community art show, this summer in our taproom. Registration for the second show is due by July 21st.

Whether you are a dabbler or a pro, this is your chance to display 1 or 2 of your pieces
in the August-September exhibition. All ages, abilities and mediums are welcome.

We all know it going to be a scorcher today, so crank the AC in your car, cruise to the brewery, make the short walk across the steamy parking lot and hang in the air-conditioned taproom.

We'll have live music from Joe McPherson this afternoon. If you're in the mood to listen to country tunes, this is a chance to scratch that itch. Joe will be playing from 3 - 6pm. Don't worry, we'll have Joe play in the climate-controlled taproom for both his and your comfort.

Join the Red Cross and Uncommon Loon to save some lives on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 from 10 am - 4 pm.

Each pint of blood we collect can help save up to three lives and will touch the lives of so many more. What a great way to pay it forward and make an impact on people in our community and across the country. And if you give a pint of blood, we'll give you a pint of beer, hard seltzer or hard slushy.

Chili Lime food truck is here today for all your culinary needs. If you have a craving for tacos or tots, the Loon is your place to go for lunch or dinner. Everything on their menu looks delicious. Tacos on the patio? You betcha! Serving from 1 - 8pm.

Tonight, we have Line Dancing Class hosted by Sheryl Baker & River City Dance/Cloggers happening. Come enjoy a social night out learning fun, easy to learn line dances.
