Brined these today in Sun Drop as always - then hit with my go to - Heath Riles BBQ Cajun Creole Garlic Butter - this is a sleeper guys - if you’ve not tried it, DO IT!

Started with Porterhouses from Piggly Wiggly Stores in Williamston, NC - marinated in soy, pineapple juice, smart water, and Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño Rub - then finished with a layer of Heath Riles BBQ’s new SPG…..

The wife’s friends wanted a BBQ Lunch for the last few weeks and I’ve put it off - thanks to trimming money muscles and collars for this weeks contest - I had pork injected and ready for when I came home -

I injected these with Heath Riles Pork Injection and Apple Juice - then rubbed with Heath Riles BBQ new SPG Rub and Sweet - finished in a wrap with HR Tangy Vinegar BBQ Sauce and Blue Gold - I hope Georgana Windley and the ladies like it!
