After much consideration, I’ve decided to close this chapter of Ellie Mae’s Cafe journey. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all my amazing customers who have supported me along the way. Your smiles, kind words, and support have meant the world to me. I’ve cherished every moment serving and building friendships with each and every one of you. While this may be the end of our food truck adventure, it's not goodbye forever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to these amazing employees for all the memories❤️
