Our next Supper Night menu is here, and we’re pretty excited about this one!

Here’s what we’re cooking up at the Soda Fountain this month:

🥖 Warm parmesan rolls with herbed butter

🍤 Butter-poached jumbo shrimp with apple brandy-shallot butter and crispy breadcrumbs

🥗 Classic Caesar salad with homemade dressing and fresh-baked croutons

🥩 6 oz filet mignon with cognac butter sauce, creamy garlic confit mashed potatoes, and charred broccoli with lemon and chilies

🍮 Warm sticky toffee pudding with bourbon caramel and vanilla cream

$96 per person for the entire multi-course dinner.

❄️ Winter seating times! We’re switching things up for the colder months with two earlier seatings: 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM.

We’ll also have our signature cocktails, w**e, and Wyoming wh***ey available for purchase.

Whatcha doing this Saturday night?

We just had a table open up for our 5:30pm Supper at the Fountain seating, and there are a couple tables left for 8pm as well.

This months menu includes:

• Parmesan rolls with herb butter
• Butter-poached scallops with honey-sriracha glaze
• Roasted pumpkin salad
• 6 oz filet mignon with fresh-cut pasta in black pepper Pecorino cream
• Charred honey-almond carrots
• Dark chocolate mousse cake with cherry compote

Ooooh, we are getting so excited for our October menu!

And this month is extra special because it marks TWO YEARS since we started these Supper Nights at the Soda Fountain. 🤎

This menu feels like the perfect way to celebrate:
• Parmesan rolls with herb butter
• Butter-poached scallops with honey-sriracha glaze
• Roasted pumpkin salad

Our Supper Nights have become one of our very favorite things we do, and somehow they just keep getting better.

Our 5:30 seating is FULL, but we still have tables available at 8:00 PM.

It’s hard to believe this month marks TWO YEARS of Supper at the Fountain.

Our last two menus have been some of our best yet, and we’re having way too much fun dreaming up what comes next.

These photos are from September’s supper, and while we’re still putting the finishing touches on the October menu, so far it’s shaping up to be: �

• Butter-poached scallops with honey-sriracha glaze
• Roasted pumpkin salad with spiced vinaigrette
• Filet mignon with a red w**e gastrique, pea puree, and charred carrots
• Pasta with cacio e pepe butter sauce
• Dark chocolate mousse torte

We’re not messing around, y’all. 😉 �

Reservations for October Supper Night are now open, and it’ll fill up fast. Book on our website!

Not pictured: the WEEKS spent before the actual night recipe testing and dialing everything in, so it not only tastes good, but we can manage making it in quantity in our teeny cafe kitchen.

But we love the challenge!

Our next night is October 17th- book now!

The menu for the September 19 Supper at the Fountain is here and it’s a good one!

We’re serving:

Parmesan Roll + Herbed Butter—Warm parmesan roll with herb butter.

Crab Ravioli with Lemon Butter—Housemade ravioli filled with crab and ricotta.

Grilled Apple Salad—Mixed greens with grilled apples, toasted walnuts, feta, and c***r vinaigrette.

Steak Bordelaise—6 oz filet mignon with red w**e + bone marrow bordelaise, garlic confit fingerling potatoes, roasted cauliflower, and onion purée.

Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart—Chocolate pastry with soft caramel and dark chocolate ganache.

The cost is $96 per guest for the full menu above plus any non-alcoholic beverages.

Other beverages will include our house exclusive Petite Sirah, Wyoming Wh***ey Old-Fashioneds, and a lineup of prohibition-era cocktails.

This one is going to be GOOD—only two tables left in each seating! Book on our website.
