New harvest no. 3 which only takes a week for the Basil to grow back!

I wanted to bring fresh herbs 🌿 to the restaurant cooking, so a couple weeks ago I had a box garden built along with other planting pots!

Fast forward to now, I am able to get fresh herbs 🌿 directly from the garden 😀 😎!

Ps: We've also used organic potting mix!

Looking forward to many more harvest!

Fresh batch of breaded chicken!

People don't realize the initial prep work that goes into making the breaded chicken (for Seasme chicken, Orange chicken, sweet & sour, general tzo chicken,etc.) is a lengthy process. But the end result are delicious 😋!
