We spent five years unsuccessfully, trying to convince our guess that cheddar is not a good option for smash burgers, so we’re just gonna take it off the menu.
Starting next week, cheddar cheese will no longer be an option at Heyday.
Don’t fret, we will begin to search for an alternative option to offer American cheese, which is the one we almost always prefer.
Come check us out Tuesday to try a new cheese or to move on and thrive in a world without cheddar.
