Taste of Belgium offers a carefully curated b**r list featuring an unequaled selection of Belgian brews and craft cocktails to enhance every meal. In 2023, Jean-François Flechet, our founder, was honored with a knighthood by the prestigious Knighthood of the Brewer's Paddle, recognizing his dedication to Belgian brewing traditions. Our journey began in 2007 at Cincinnati’s historic Findlay Market, where Jean-François introduced a traditional Liège-style waffle recipe and a 120-pound cast-iron waffle maker from Belgium. Since then, Taste of Belgium has expanded to 5 full-service neighborhood brasseries across Cincinnati and Dayton. Jacques — Modern Brasserie is now open at our Rookwood Exchange location. These are two reasons to visit: golden gougères and seafood vol-au-vent with white-w**e saffron cream.

Chef Patrick Bowling's Restaurant Week menu is three courses for $56, through Sunday, September 27. Add w**e or b**r pairings for $22.

Meet Jacques - Modern Brasserie, opening Tuesday, September 22 at our Rookwood location.

Gougères to start. Steak frites with beef-tallow fries. Vol-au-vent with shrimp, fish and a white w**e saffron cream. We'll help with the pronunciation.

W**e and b**r pairings chosen for each course. Cocktails from a refreshing French 75 to a savory Brasserie Martini and a rich Ginger Old Fashioned.
