It is with a very sad heart, China Gourmet is closing our doors for business after more than 47 years of serving the great people of Cincinnati. Our final dinner service will be Tuesday, December 31st. Please stop in for your final experience and goodbyes and give us the chance to share our heartfelt gratitude for all your love, support, friendship and the many, many great memories. Our CG family is very strong and will be missed. On behalf of our CG crew, we thank you for the lifetime of memories. If you have a photo, please share to our page. I just heard this story about Sriracha and thought it was interesting.

David Tran, the man who created Huy Fong Foods' Sriracha, has never advertised his hot sauce. Yet, that ubiquitous red bottle with the green cap can be seen in restaurants across the US. How'd it get so hot?
