So fun to see the lovely and talented Catie Viox | Photographer do her damn thing. Here’s a little teaser of some shots she got down in OTR. Couldn’t be happier with how they came out! Hit her up if you need any photography needs. Special thanks to Dust Village Design Co. for helping us cross paths. Jake is another talent that can do just about everything from design to sign painting. It’s such a honor to be able to work with other passionate and dedicated humans. Looking to add another person to our team in OTR. We work together in an often high volume environment. We are a neighborhood spot that focuses on a casual yet warm, welcoming vibe and our goal is to serve the best barbecue around. 🚨Monthly Special Drop🚨

This meatball sub is somewhere in the realm of a banh mi but twisted with some other Asian flavors. It has house made pork/beef meatballs, sweet & spicy pickled veggies, a gochujang mayo and hoisin glaze and is garnished with scallions, fried onions, fresh garden basil and sesame seeds. We are serving it with a kimchi slaw that really ties the room together.

My guess is if you bellied up to this with a crispy gin and tonic you’d forget about all of the worries in the world. Well maybe not all of them but definitely a few. Hope you enjoy, cheers!

Just another reminder of our hours going into the Holiday weekend. Another thing to consider is if you are in need of a barbecue order it would be wise to get those in sooner than later.

We do our best to stay on top of our pars so if we don’t know that you need something, there is a chance we could be out of it. That’s just how we do it. We always want to serve you fresh barbecue. Can’t really budge on that. Have a great, safe and fun holiday!
