The Freekaleek - marinara sauce, mixed cheese, ricotta, asparagus, leeks, capicola, finished with garlic oil. The capicola acts as a kind of replacement pepperoni, rendering up and crisping beautifully. The creamy ricotta, chewy capicola, and crunchy asparagus and leeks all provide a wonderful study of textural contrast. You’re gonna love this one! Available for the next few weeks, or until nuclear annihilation, whichever comes first! 😬😬😬

We got a new sidewalk! Huge thanks to Ashley and Sam at and Kaiker Development as well as This is what ethical and effective public / private partnerships look like. We were lucky enough to win a partial grant to help with construction of a new sidewalk all the way around the building. This will make walking and scooting around the neighborhood just a little safer, eliminate road waste from eroding old ashphalt, and help to keep vehicles from encroaching on pedestrian areas. It probably does some other important stuff too, but we’re pizza dudes not city planners. In the coming months the work will cure and begin blending aesthetically with the roadwork around it. Next up, new picnic tables! Stay tuned.
