Ethiopia’s range of elevations, heirloom varieties, microclimates, and processing traditions all play a role in the taste of the cup ⛰️🍒

Floral aromatics, citrus, stone fruit, tea-like sweetness - all showing up to varying degrees based on region. It’s amazing the differences just a few miles can make

Shantawene is a great example. Grown in the Sidama region of south central Ethiopia, these coffees are known for bright, complex character. Layered fruit, florals, and a sweetness that keeps you coming back ☕️🇪🇹
