For more than a decade, French Crust Café & Bistro has been filled with laughter, friendships, and countless memories — all inspired by the love and vision of Chef Jean-Robert de Cavel and carried forward by Annette and our incredible team. From our first days as a small café on Vine Street to our home at Findlay Market, French Crust has been a place to gather, to savor, and to celebrate everyday moments.
This weekend will be the last chance to visit French Crust, as we will close our doors after service on Sunday, August 24 at 4 p.m. While this was not an easy decision, we are deeply grateful to our loyal guests, our wonderful staff, and the Findlay Market community for embracing us so warmly over the years.
Findlay Market held a special place in Jean-Robert’s heart — he loved the energy, the friendships, and the way food could bring people together. It has been an honor to carry on that tradition here, and to share so many meaningful meals with you.
