🚨 OUT WITH THE OLD… IN WITH THE COLD! ❄️🐊

Well, folks… the soft serve machine has officially run dry! 🍦 It served a lot of smiles, but it’s time to make room for what’s next.

And next is looking GOOD! 😎

🎉 Our brand-new freezer has arrived!
📦 Our new inventory has been delivered!
✅ Everything has been entered into our system!

We’re not quite ready to hit the road just yet—we still need to unload the soft serve machine and get that new freezer installed.

But trust us… it’s coming together fast! We’ve stocked up on some awesome new frozen treats, and we can’t wait for y’all to see (and taste!) what’s waiting in that shiny new freezer.

This is just the beginning. Gator Lake Frozen Goodies is getting even cooler! 🐊❄️

🚨 BIG CHANGES ARE ROLLING INTO Gator Lake Frozen Goodies! 🚨

It’s Christmas in July around here! 🍦❄️

Our newest inventory arrived today, and we’re like kids in a candy store! Even more exciting… our brand-new freezer arrives Thursday, giving us room for all the delicious additions.

🎉 Starting Friday, we’ll be introducing 8 brand-new prepackaged frozen treats!

As we make room for what’s new, we’ll also be saying goodbye to a few familiar favorites, including our prepackaged Minion bars, Dreamsicle bars, and the final chapter of our soft serve.

Change is bittersweet, but we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead! We think you’re going to love the new lineup, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

🎉 Another birthday party down… and another truckload of smiles delivered! 🍦💕

A huge THANK YOU to Taylor McGill and her family for inviting Gator Lake Frozen Goodies to help celebrate her sweet little girl’s birthday! We had a wonderful time serving ice cream while the kids ran, played, splashed, and made memories. Judging by all the smiles (and sticky fingers 😉), I’d say it was a success!

There’s just something magical about watching kids line up at an ice cream truck. It never gets old, and it’s one of the reasons we love what we do. ❤️

Highlight of July 5, 2026! ❤️

Yesterday we visited the Pensacola Lighthouse & Maritime Museum aboard Pensacola Naval Air Station. The museum was fascinating, the grounds were beautiful, and it was well worth the visit.

Then came the real challenge… the lighthouse. 😳

George, Tracy, and I decided we were going to tackle the climb to the top.

There are 177 steps to the lantern room, and let me tell you… these aren’t your average stairs! Each step rises about 9½ inches (compared to the standard 7½-inch stair), and the staircase winds straight up in a tight spiral. The cast-iron steps are shaped like pie slices—only about 3 inches wide where they meet the center column and about 10–12 inches wide at the outside edge, with each tread roughly 24 inches long.

By the time I reached step 61, my lungs had filed a formal complaint. 😂 I was completely out of breath and knew it was time to turn around. Honestly, I’m pretty proud that I made it that far!

Meanwhile… George and Tracy conquered all 177 steps and made it to the very top! 🥳👏

Would I do it again? Absolutely… maybe after a little more cardio first! 😅

It was such a fun experience, and I’m so proud of both of them for making it all the way. Sometimes the best vacation memories come from simply saying, “Let’s see if we can do this!” ❤️🏛️🌊
